Solazyme Announces New Chief Financial Officer

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--Solazyme, a bioscience company pioneering biofuels and health/wellness products from microalgae, has named Tyler W. Painter as chief financial officer. As CFO, Painter will be responsible for providing Solazyme with the strong controls and intense fiscal discipline needed to support the company’s growth plans.
