EnerNOC Files for Public Offering

BOSTON, MA, – EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC) announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. It is expected that 800,000 of the shares will be offered by EnerNOC and 3,200,000 shares will be offered by certain selling stockholders.
