Clean Harbors Appoints Simon Gerlin Senior Vice President of Finance

Norwell, MA –– Clean Harbors, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLHB), the leading provider of environmental and hazardous waste management services throughout North America, announced the Company has named Simon R. Gerlin, 50, to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of Finance, effective immediately. Gerlin will report to Clean Harbors’ Chief Financial Officer, James M. Rutledge. Gerlin will oversee all of the Company’s controllership functions, including the corporate controller function and the business unit controller functions.
