Adam Briggs Promoted to CEO of Millennium Cell

EATONTOWN, N.J.--Millennium Cell Inc. (NASDAQ: MCEL), a leading developer of hydrogen battery technology, today announced that Adam P. Briggs, 46, the Company's President, has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer effective at the time of the Company's Annual Meeting in April 2008. Mr. Briggs will also be nominated by the Board of Directors to be on the slate of directors scheduled to be voted upon at the Company's Annual Meeting. H.
