Rentech Announces Appointment of Ron Sega to Its Board

LOS ANGELES--Rentech, Inc. (AMEX:RTK) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ronald M. Sega, Ph.D. to the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately. Dr. Sega currently serves as Vice President for Applied Research with the Colorado State University Research Foundation. He also serves as the Woodward Professor of Systems Engineering at Colorado State University's College of Engineering.
